The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality can prepare you to manage physical assets, financial operations, recruiting staff, leading and managing people, monitoring staff performance, and developing and managing marketing strategies.

Course Duration 9 months

Certificate III in Hospitality builds on your Certificate II in Hospitality skills by training you for employment in a supervisor or team leader role. The course gives you the skills to work closely with colleagues and customers, develop and update your hospitality knowledge, promote products and services to customers and deal with conflict situations. This Certificate is a pre-requisite for further hospitality studies including the Certificate IV in Hospitality (Operations), and the Diploma of Hospitality and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

Course Duration 18 months

The Diploma of Hospitality furthers your career in supervision or management of hospitality operations – most specifically in a hotel/motel, resort, restaurant, casino, catering companies and hospitals or nursing homes. You’ll learn key skills in managing quality customer service, hospitality business compliance, managing workplace diversity, developing operational plans and budgets, building business relationships, and establishing and maintaining an OH&S system. This Diploma is a pre-requisite for further hospitality qualifications including the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.
